Every product sold on Cosmowale is sourced through licensed Indian distribution channels and arrives in its original, MRP-printed manufacturer packaging. We do not repackage, relabel or decant anything.
We are an authorised reseller, not a manufacturer
Cosmowale does not manufacture any of the products listed on this site. Every brand name, trademark and formulation belongs to its respective manufacturer, and we identify products by those names only so you can find what you are looking for. What we do is buy genuine stock through authorised distributors and get it to you.

What to check when your order arrives
You are entitled to verify what you receive, and we would rather you did.
- The outer seal and the manufacturer's seal should both be intact
- The batch number, manufacturing date and expiry date should be printed on the pack, not stickered over
- The MRP should be printed by the manufacturer
- The manufacturer's name and address should appear on the pack
If anything looks wrong — a broken seal, a missing batch number, a pack that does not match the listing — stop, photograph it, and contact us. We will arrange a free reverse pickup and replace or refund it.
Record your unboxing
We ask for a clear unboxing video when you raise a return for a damaged, wrong or missing item. It is not a hurdle — it is what lets us resolve a claim in your favour quickly and take it up with the courier or distributor ourselves. Film the sealed parcel from all sides, including the shipping label, then open it without stopping the recording.
