1. Order Processing & Handling Time
- Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday)
- Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day
- Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day
2. Shipping Costs
- Order value below Rs. 599: Prepaid Rs. 59 / COD Rs. 108
- Order value Rs. 599 and above: Prepaid FREE / COD Rs. 49
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
- Handling Time: 1-2 Business Days (Monday to Saturday)
- Transit Time: 2-5 Business Days
- Total Estimated Delivery: 3-7 Business Days
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.
4. Payment Methods
- Prepaid Orders: Pay the full amount online via UPI, Card, or Net Banking
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash to the delivery executive when the package arrives
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a unique Tracking ID / AWB number via email and SMS.
6. Delivery Coverage
We deliver Pan-India to all serviceable PIN codes. International shipping is currently not available. If your location is not serviceable, we will contact you to arrange a full refund.
7. Failed Deliveries & Return-to-Origin (RTO)
Our courier partners will make up to three (3) delivery attempts. For unsuccessful deliveries caused by customer error, Rs. 139 will be deducted from the refund amount.
